Breakfast & Biz Explores the RPR Method of Culture Building

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce hosted Breakfast & Biz on September 10 at The Magnolia Room in Decatur featuring guest speaker Charles Price, General Sales Manager at Express Bath.

During the session, Price shared the Relationships/Process/Results Method of Culture Building and explained how healthy teams keep all three areas in balance. He encouraged leaders to build trust through relationships, establish clear processes and define the results their teams are working toward.

Price also discussed the difference between managing employees and coaching them to grow. He emphasized the importance of setting clear expectations, creating accountability and leading by example. Attendees learned how consistent coaching and small improvements can strengthen workplace culture and contribute to measurable results.
