Breakfast & Biz Explores Leadership with Keith Jackson

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce hosted Breakfast & Biz on July 16 at The Magnolia Room in Decatur featuring guest speaker Keith Jackson, founder and owner of Keith Jackson Leadership.

During the session, Keith challenged attendees to rethink what it means to lead, emphasizing that leadership is not defined by a title but by relationships, influence and the ability to bring out the best in others. He encouraged participants to lead from where they are by investing in others, communicating with purpose and creating a positive impact regardless of their position within an organization.
