Search Underway for Chamber President & CEO

Following the announcement last month that President & CEO Crystal Brown will retire in July, the Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce has retained YGM, LLC to conduct a nationwide search for the Chamber’s next President & CEO. This executive leadership role will guide the Chamber’s strategic vision, strengthen partnerships across business and community sectors and advance economic vitality throughout Decatur and Morgan County.

The President & CEO serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors to lead Chamber operations, support membership growth and engagement, oversee financial stewardship and serve as the primary spokesperson for the business community. This is a unique opportunity for a collaborative and strategic leader to make a lasting impact in a region known for its economic strength, quality of life and strong community partnerships.
