Chamber Hosts 4th Annual Workforce NOW Summit

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce hosted our 4th Annual Workforce NOW Summit on November 14, bringing together leaders from industry and education to explore the skills, partnerships, and initiatives shaping our region’s future workforce.

The summit featured a panel moderated by Zach Lee (ACCS), with insights from Ressa Chittam (Career Academies of Decatur), Jeff Asadorian (GE Appliances, a Haier company), and Brian Beidleman (Hubbard & Drake General – Mechanical Contractors, Inc.). Attendees also participated in breakout sessions focused on connecting with young talent led by Johnny Jones, Director of Decatur Youth Services, or exploring Skills for Success courses with the ACCS Innovation Center.
