Mark Waters Shares Insights on the Entrepreneurial Operating System at Chamber’s Breakfast & Biz

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce hosted Breakfast & Biz on July 17 at The Magnolia Room in Decatur. Mark Waters, Chamber board member and Certified EOS Implementer with BMSS Advisors and CPAs, led the session. He introduced attendees to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), a proven framework designed to help business leaders clarify their vision, gain traction toward goals and build stronger, more cohesive teams.

Waters shared actionable tools to improve communication, support better decision-making and drive long-term business growth. The session emphasized both professional and personal development, offering takeaways that participants could immediately apply within their organizations.
