June Member Highlight: Red Door Homes

Describe your organization, including the history and services you provide.
"Red Door Homes is a semi-custom on your lot home builder servicing a majority of Alabama and southern Tennessee. We assist from trees to keys. Since 2019, we have served hundreds of families in dozens of counties in building their dream home."
What makes your organization stand out?
"We offer 100% free support through the entire process. From a fully wooded lot to the day that you get the keys, we’ve got you covered! Another key factor is that we are not in the business of profiting from anybody’s land preparation."
How has your organization changed in the last few years?
"We have shifted our focus from establishment to expansion. Our 2026 growth strategy reflects this evolution, prioritizing the development of Red Door University to standardize team training and the implementation of a consistent, replicable signage strategy across all our locations."

"We strive to create meaningful connections with the members of our community through charity efforts and community outreach. We hope to continue to build our team and increase our community impact by working closely with real estate agents, teachers, first responders, and veterans through our Hometown Heroes Program."
Describe an exciting recent highlight for your organization.
"Earlier this year, Red Door Homes Alabama made its move to the Gulf Coast, opening a brand-new office in Foley, AL, and giving South Alabama's beach community exciting new options."
What is one of the advantages your organization is seeing right now?
"Because we build on your lot, we're not as tied to the ups and downs of the traditional housing market. In North Alabama, jobs are booming in the cities, but the housing isn't keeping up, and that works in our favor. We're seeing a real surge in people who are done with cookie-cutter neighborhoods and HOA restrictions. They want space, privacy, and the freedom to do what they want with their own property. We help make that possible."
What’s the best business advice you’ve been given?
"Serve, not sell."
