Emerging Leaders Focuses on Building Confidence That Connects

On February 4, the Chamber hosted its Emerging Leaders event, Build Confidence That Connects, featuring Wes Chenault, Coaching Director at Durbin Leadership, who led an engaging session on why confidence is essential no matter where you are in your career.

Drawing from his personal and professional experience, Wes shared practical strategies to help participants strengthen their confidence, communicate more effectively and positively influence their teams. Participants asked questions, shared ideas and left with actionable takeaways they could put into practice right away.
