Emerging Leaders Learn to Elevate Their Video Content

On December 3, the Chamber hosted its Emerging Leaders event at the Decatur-Morgan County Tourism office, bringing together professionals looking to sharpen their digital media skills.

REEL Results: Creating Effective Video Content for Your Business featured Karla Roper, Vice President of Operations for the Alabama Chambers, who shared practical strategies for producing engaging reels and short-form videos. Attendees explored accessible tools such as Canva and CapCut, gaining insights on planning, filming and editing compelling content. The session also included a hands-on opportunity to edit video in real time, allowing participants to immediately apply what they learned.
