Eagle Consulting Recognized as Top Ten Finalist for 2025 Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards

Eagle Consulting, based in Decatur, was recognized in Birmingham on November 18 by the Business Council of Alabama (BCA) and the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama (CCAA) as a Top Ten Finalist for the 2025 Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards in the 51–100 Employees category.

These statewide awards honor exceptional small businesses that demonstrate excellence in growth, innovation, and community impact. Eagle Consulting’s selection as a top finalist highlights the company’s continued leadership and influence within both the local and state business community.

Earlier this year, Dr. Larry Little, CEO of Eagle Consulting, was named the Chamber’s Raymon Baker – John Cook – Ralph Jones Small Business Person of the Year. Through its two divisions — Eagle Center for Leadership and Eagle Counseling — the company partners with more than 100 organizations and provides thousands of counseling sessions annually. Dr. Little’s “Little Profile” personality assessment, featured in his bestselling book Make a Difference, has been taken by more than one million people.
