Emerging Leaders Learn How Small Changes Create Big Impact

The Chamber welcomed great turnout for the Emerging Leaders event, “Grow Your Influence: Small Changes, Big Impact,” held on October 1 at the Decatur Morgan County Tourism office.

Keith Jackson, owner of Keith Jackson Leadership, shared practical strategies that highlighted how small habit shifts can lead to measurable results and help leaders grow their influence, regardless of their role or position.
