Eagle Consulting Named Finalist for 2025 Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that Eagle Consulting, based in Decatur, has been named a finalist in the 51–100 Employees category for the 2025 Alabama Small Business of the Year Awards.

Presented by the Business Council of Alabama (BCA) and the Chamber of Commerce Association of Alabama (CCAA), these awards honor outstanding small businesses across the state that demonstrate excellence in growth, innovation and community impact. Eagle Consulting will be recognized as one of 40 finalists finalists at the BCA/CCAA Partnership Annual Meeting on Tuesday, November 18, in Birmingham, where a winner will be announced in each category.

Earlier this year, Dr. Larry Little, CEO of Eagle Consulting, LLC, was named the Chamber’s Raymon Baker – John Cook – Ralph Jones Small Business Person of the Year. Through its two divisions — Eagle Center for Leadership and Eagle Counseling — the company has partnered with more than 100 organizations and provided thousands of counseling sessions annually. Dr. Little’s “Little Profile” personality assessment, featured in his bestselling book Make a Difference, has been taken by more than one million people.
