The Chamber hosted its annual State of Healthcare Forum on August 28 at the DoubleTree by Hilton Decatur Riverfront, bringing. The forum provided a platform for healthcare leaders to share insights, updates, and advancements that highlight Decatur Morgan Hospital’s ongoing commitment to serving our community.
Moderator Kelli Powers, President of Decatur Morgan Hospital and Chairwoman of the Chamber’s Board of Directors, shared exciting updates on new staff, services and advanced technology now available at the hospital. The physician panel tackled timely topics in their fields and highlighted how close collaboration among doctors allows them to communicate quickly and often get patients scheduled faster than at larger facilities.
