Applications Now Open for the Chamber’s Excellence in Leadership Program

The Decatur-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce is now accepting applications for the 2025–2026 class of Excellence in Leadership, presented by Nucor Steel Decatur. This interactive leadership development program is designed to provide skills-building and community engagement opportunities that help participants grow both personally and professionally while exploring key aspects of the Decatur-Morgan County area.

The program kicks off in August, with sessions held one day per month for a 10 period, concluding with a graduation luncheon in mid-May. To be eligible, applicants must be Chamber members or employed by a Chamber member organization. The deadline to apply is Friday, July 18.
