Business Community Meets to Develop State Public Policy Agenda

Thanks to all who participated in our State Public Policy Agenda meeting on October 20. The one-hour meeting led by the Public Policy Committee provided the opportunity to review the 2022 agenda and suggest updates and revisions for the 2023 edition. Topics reviewed include transportation and infrastructure, education, workforce development, healthcare, taxation, space and defense, tourism, economic development and other quality of life policy issues. We encourage our members to participate in the process as we continue to serve as the voice of the business community while working with our elected leaders.

Chamber members are invited to help develop our 2023 Public Policy Agenda focusing on federal issues on Thursday, November 10, at 10 a.m., in the Contractor Service & Fabrication, Inc. boardroom at the Chamber. The Public Policy Committee will facilitate a review of the 2022 Federal agenda and notate suggested updates and revisions for the 2023 edition. To review the 2022 agenda, please click here.

The meeting focusing on local issues was held in September. Thank you to our Public Policy Program of Work Sponsor Adams Beverages.
