Business Community Meets to Develop Public Policy Agenda

Thanks to all who participated in our Federal Public Policy Agenda meeting on November 10. The one-hour meeting led by the Public Policy Committee provided the opportunity to review the 2022 agenda and suggest updates and revisions for the 2023 edition.

The meeting focused on state issues was held on October 20 in the Contractor Service & Fabrication, Inc. boardroom at the Chamber. Topics reviewed include transportation and infrastructure, education, workforce development, healthcare, taxation, space and defense, tourism, economic development and other quality of life policy issues.

The meeting focusing on local issues was held in September. We encourage our members to participate in the process as we continue to serve as the voice of the business community while working with our elected leaders.

The 2023 agenda will be available to our members in February. To review the 2022 agenda, please click here. Thank you to our Public Policy Program of Work Sponsor Adams Beverages.
