Business Community Develops 2024 Public Policy Agenda

Thanks to all who participated in our Federal Public Policy Agenda meeting on November 9. The one-hour meeting led by the Public Policy Committee provided the opportunity to review the 2023 agenda and suggest updates and revisions for the 2024 edition.

The meeting focused on state issues was held in October in the Contractor Service & Fabrication, Inc. boardroom at the Chamber. Topics reviewed include transportation and infrastructure, education, workforce development, healthcare, taxation, space and defense, tourism, economic development and other quality-of-life policy issues.

The meeting focusing on local issues was held in September. We encourage our members to participate in the process as we continue to serve as the voice of the business community while working with our elected leaders.

The 2024 agenda will be available to our members by February. To review the 2023 agenda, please click here. Thank you to our Public Policy Program of Work Sponsor Adams Beverages.
